Senderra is the booking and visibility system for Send It Direct customers. From 1 November 2026, business customers can book deliveries and see their consignments, invoices, greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and proofs of delivery (PODs) in one place.

Senderra is for Send It Direct's business customers. It sits alongside the same accountable Send It Direct team that manages every job from collection to delivery.
How to get access
There's no public sign-up. Send It Direct sets up each business customer with their own Senderra portal account, on a web address unique to that customer.
