We run a fully liveried 5-metre flatbed out of Bristol, available for same-day collection nationwide. Same driver, same vehicle, door-to-door — your job is the only one on board. Most couriers offer "specialist" loosely. We name the vehicle, give you the dimensions up front, and put one experienced driver on the job from collection to delivery. No relay drops, no missing paperwork, no missing tools.
If we can't do it ourselves — HIAB lifts, ULEZ-restricted vehicles, longer than 5 metres — we tell you and route through a vetted partner. Always honest about what fits where.

What's the largest or heaviest thing you can move?+
We have trucks that can take loads up to 28 tonnes, which covers most plant, machinery and out-of-gauge items. At the other end, Send It Direct runs cargo bikes for city-centre drops where a van can't get in or park. Send us dimensions and weight and we'll tell you straight away whether it's a job for us.
What size loads can your 5m flatbed carry?+
Our flatbed has a 5-metre deck and handles up to a Luton's payload as standard, with up to 28-tonne capability through partner artics for heavier or longer loads. Tail-lift available.
Can I get a flatbed same-day in Bristol?+
Yes — the flatbed is Bristol-based, so it's the fastest collection on the network. 45-minute response across Bristol and the South West.
What's the difference between a flatbed and a Luton?+
A Luton has a fully enclosed box with a tail-lift; a flatbed is an open deck. Use a Luton for weather-sensitive cargo. Use a flatbed for long, awkward, or oversized loads that won't fit through a Luton's roller-shutter door.
Do you do HIAB or crane lifts?+
Not in-house yet, but we partner with vetted HIAB operators across the UK for crane-equipped lifts. Tell us at booking and we'll arrange it.
Is the flatbed insured for high-value loads?+
Yes — full goods-in-transit insurance on every delivery. For high-value or specialist cargo, we can confirm insured value at booking.
